We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our expanding Manila team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects — from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large-scale developments — gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.
Purpose of Position:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality brand consistent visual materials that support LANDinc’s marketing, communications, and brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Based in the Manila office, this role works closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to develop compelling graphics that showcase the firm’s work in landscape architecture, architecture, and urban design, and support brand consistency across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and maintains a sharp eye for detail while meeting rapid turnaround times.
The role encourages the use of AI-powered tools to support content development, organization, and efficiency, and values individuals who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies as part of their professional growth.
This is a full-time, onsite position based at LANDinc’s upcoming office in the Greater Manila Area, Philippines.
Working hours will primarily align with the Toronto/Canada time, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams.
Night Shift Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time.

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design and produce marketing materials including presentations, brochures, portfolios, social media graphics, and digital assets
- Develop visual content that supports brand storytelling and highlights LANDinc’s design work
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all visual deliverables
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production
- Support digital marketing initiatives through creation of website graphics, social media visuals, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align visuals with content strategy and messaging
- Assist in updating visual content for website project pages, announcements, and campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing Specialists, landscape architects, architects, and interior designers and business development to understand project narratives and visual requirements
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, and external vendors as required
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, templates, and design files
- Manage and maintain the global template library of digital assets, templates, portfolios and digital asset folders to ensure "quick-turnaround" accessibility for the global team especially Business Development.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on InDesign for layout and Photoshop/Illustrator for asset creation.
- Active use of Adobe Firefly and other Generative AI tools to enhance image editing and workflow speed.
- Experience with Powerpoint and Keynote, and working familiarity of collaborative tools like Miro
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adopt, and responsibly use AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and creative output
- Support continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
- Perform other graphic design–related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience in the architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, or creative/design, as well as marketing industry is strongly preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, layout, and visual storytelling skills using InDesign
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); motion or video tools are an asset
- Interest in using AI-powered design tools to support ideation and production, with a willingness to continuously learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual output
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local and international teams
