We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our expanding Manila team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects, from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large-scale developments, gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.

Purpose of Position:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting LANDinc’s marketing and communications initiatives, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and brand promotion. Based in the Makati area, this role works closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver marketing content that showcases the firm’s work in landscape architecture, architecture, and urban design, and strengthens LANDinc’s brand presence locally and internationally.
The role encourages the use of AI-powered tools to support content development, organization, and efficiency, and values individuals who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies as part of their professional growth.
This is a full-time, onsite position based at LANDinc’s office in the Makati Area, Philippines.

Two work shifts are available:
  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)
  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Toronto / Canada Time) - Employees assigned to the Night Shift will receive a 10% salary premium
Working hours will primarily align with the selected shift, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams

What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and support digital marketing initiatives across website, email, and social media platforms
  • Manage and update website content, including project pages, news, and blog posts
  • Coordinate digital content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, project launches, and firm announcements
  • Track digital performance and assist with basic analytics and reporting, including insights supported by AI-enabled tools
Social Media
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring
  • Develop engaging social media captions and content aligned with brand voice and design storytelling, with the support of AI tools where appropriate
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages; respond or escalate as appropriate
  • Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Stay informed on social media trends, best practices, and emerging tools, including AI-driven platform features
Coordination with Graphic Design & Public Relations
  • Coordinate closely with graphic designers to develop high-quality visual content and marketing materials
  • Work with public relations consultants to support media outreach, press releases, and publication submissions
  • Assist in preparing content for awards, publications, and media features
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all marketing and PR materials
Collaboration & General Marketing
  • Collaborate with landscape architects, architects, urban designers, and project teams to gather project information, visuals, and narratives
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, and other external vendors
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, image databases, and marketing files
  • Ensure brand consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all marketing deliverables
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adopt, and responsibly use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content quality
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Minimum of of 7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and communications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Experience coordinating with graphic designers and public relations consultants
  • Interest in using AI-powered tools for content creation, organization, and analytics, with a willingness to continuously learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and international teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
