We are seeking a Project Proposal Specialist to join our expanding Manila team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects — from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large-scale developments — gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.
Purpose of Position:
The Project Proposal Specialist supports LANDinc’s business development efforts by coordinating and preparing high-quality proposals, RFQs, and RFP submissions. Based in the Manila office, this mid-level role works closely with Principals, Directors, Marketing Specialists, and project teams to assist in the development, organization, and delivery of proposal materials that reflect LANDinc’s expertise in landscape architecture, master planning, and urban design.
This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong writing and coordination skills who can manage proposal components independently while collaborating with senior team members on strategy and positioning. The position encourages the use of AI-powered tools to support content development, organization, and workflow efficiency.
This is a full-time, onsite position based at LANDinc’s upcoming office in the Greater Manila Area, Philippines.
Working hours will primarily align with the Toronto/Canada time, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams. Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do
Proposal Development & Coordination
- Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, RFQs, and RFPs under the guidance of senior team members
- Gather and organize project information, resumes, and technical input from multidisciplinary teams
- Draft, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with submission requirements
- Assist in ensuring all proposal materials meet deadlines, formatting standards, and client instructions
- Maintain version control and support quality checks across submission materials
- Maintain and update project portfolios, staff CVs, and case studies
- Assist in updating proposal templates, layouts, and standard content
- Coordinate with graphic designers to prepare supporting visuals and layouts
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across proposal deliverables
- Assist with tracking proposal opportunities and submission schedules
- Support basic research on clients, project backgrounds, and market context
- Maintain organized records of submissions and outcomes
- Collaborate with Marketing Specialists and Graphic Designers to align proposal content with branding and messaging
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions under tight deadlines
- Provide support for website or internal content related to project pursuits and awards as needed
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adopt, and responsibly use AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality
- Perform other proposal-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or business development within the AEC or design industry
- Experience supporting proposals, RFQs, or RFPs is strongly preferred
- Strong written, editing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Keynote and Pages; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is an asset. Familiarity with Miro is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local and international teams
- Interest in learning proposal best practices and improving workflows through AI-enabled tools
