We are seeking Landscape Architects at all levels, from Junior to Intermediate to join our Johor Bahru, Malaysia studio immediately. This role is integral to supporting the continued growth of our global design practice. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our international studios on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from parks and public realm spaces to mixed-use developments, waterfronts, master plans, and large-scale urban environments.

Position Overview:
This is a full-time, onsite position based at LANDinc's Johor Bahru, Malaysia studio. As a Landscape Architect, you will play an integral role in delivering innovative landscape architecture, urban design, and master planning projects across Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Depending on your level of experience, you will contribute to all phases of project delivery, from concept design through detailed construction documentation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across LANDinc's global studios.
Junior Landscape Architects will work closely with senior staff to develop their technical and design skills. Intermediate Landscape Architects will take ownership of project packages and coordinate with consultants and clients.
This position is based onsite in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Singapore/Malaysia Time), with occasional flexibility required to coordinate with colleagues and clients across LANDinc's international offices.

What you will be doing:
- General project work in all phases from concept up to detailed construction drawings, preparation of documentation and any other project materials under supervision of a team leader.
- Monitor work progress to ensure project development is according to design and time schedules,
- Prepare and Communicate design intent by computer generated or hand drawings within or outside office.
- Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Attend project / technical / consultant and / or other co-ordination meetings.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the team leader.
Junior Landscape Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 1–2 years of professional experience.
- Strong design aptitude with an interest in developing technical skills.
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks or AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or Lumion is considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Passion for landscape architecture, sustainability, and collaborative design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Strong design and technical documentation experience across multiple project phases.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD, with experience using Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and visualization software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage project tasks independently while mentoring junior staff.
- Eligibility for professional registration is considered an asset.
- Work on award-winning international projects across Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
